Quality Team Gatekeeper (Inventory)

Responsibilities

• Execute regular internal audits of production processes, systems, and final products to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory obligations
• Identify, document, and report any deviations, defects, or failures to meet quality standards, including root cause analysis
• Gather and examine quality control data to detect patterns and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management
• Stay informed on evolving industry standards, regulations, and quality control methods to ensure full compliance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of related experience
• Ability to interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimension and Tolerance (GD&T)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Standards
• Understanding of basic Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma concepts
