Quality Systems Support

Responsibilities

• Produce production reports and manage KPI reporting across all shifts
• Maintain the QASPC program and manage QA files as defined by management
• Manage customer complaints and perform necessary correlations
• Execute daily and weekly transfers and adjustments in SOI
• Perform weekly, monthly, and annual inventory tasks
• Assist with audits as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 months of related experience or training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to travel between local facilities (approximately 5 miles apart)
