Quality Systems Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review proposals, contracts, and regulatory requirements to ensure early quality involvement in program development
• Prepare and maintain quality directives, policies, processes, and metrics to ensure compliance with international standards
• Analyze process data, metrics, and models to identify root causes of problems
• Participate with stakeholders to develop and implement preventive or corrective actions
• Conduct hardware, software, and system-level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards
• Perform quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers
• Analyze data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts, and equipment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product inspection
• 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• 1+ years of experience with data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
• Experience with AS9100 or similar Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• U.S. Person status required (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
