Quality Systems Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing proposals, contracts, and regulatory requirements to prepare quality assurance plans for hardware and software products
• Maintain quality directives, policies, and metrics to ensure compliance with international standards and customer requirements
• Collect and verify data to support the identification of root causes for routine problems
• Provide concepts and ideas for the development of corrective actions
• Support quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers
• Assist with hardware, software, and system-level audits to determine compliance with quality management systems
• Document audit results in standard formats and provide recommendations for material review disposition

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in analytics and data visualization
• 1+ years of experience with relational database management systems (e.g., Exadata, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server)
• 1+ years of experience in front-end programming
• 1+ years of experience in project management, including collecting and interpreting data
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Applications
• 1+ years of experience with Quality/Safety Corrective Action, Preventative Action, or Root Cause Corrective Actions
• 1+ years of experience with a modern JavaScript-based web application framework (React, Vue, or Angular)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience
• Experience with programming and coding in Python
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams on complex projects
• Experience developing reports and presentations for executive leadership
• Ability to define and prioritize critical requirements and resolve complex issues
