Quality Systems Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret quality-related data including nonconformances, corrective actions, and audit results
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor QMS performance
• Provide data support for management reviews and customer reporting
• Act as the primary coordinator for Nonconformance Records (NCRs), driving timely closure and documentation
• Evaluate, investigate, and push resolution of nonconformances
• Maintain acceptable levels of nonconforming material in the Material Review Board (MRB)
• Ensure data integrity and traceability in compliance with AS9100 requirements
• Partner with Quality Engineers to support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Participate in continuous improvement, Lean projects, and Quality System Audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role or equivalent education
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a high-tech environment
• Proficiency in developing reports using PowerBI, Excel, or MiniTab
• Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) environment
• Experience with ERP, MES, and PLM systems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Quality Technician
• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and efficient problem-solving
• Experience with the development of Supplier Scorecarding
