Quality Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) processes, documentation, audits, and indicators to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate and document design and process FMEA sessions to identify risks and define preventive actions.
• Ensure technical coherence between FMEA and Control Plans, maintaining traceability between identified risks and operational evidence.
• Plan, update, and control all documentation related to the Quality System.
• Audit processes and provide support during system-defined quality audits.
• Guarantee compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer requirements, and Bosch internal standards.
• Lead quality tools and initiatives such as Quality First, Lessons Learned, and 5S.
• Perform process confirmations (linewalks, Stand@Station) and monitor the implementation of recommended actions.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in quality systems or a similar role.
• Certified IATF internal auditor (certified by an official entity).
• VDA 6.3 certification (specifically VDA 6.3 2023 accredited by VW preferred).
• Proficiency in Automotive Core Tools.
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3, CQI-8, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 standards.
• English proficiency at a B2 level (capable of holding professional conversations).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and risk analysis capabilities.
