Quality Systems Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support internal and GMP audits and coordinate external audits to ensure regulatory, customer, and company standards are met
• Investigate non-conformances and drive corrective actions across customer, regulatory, and audit findings
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Provide technical guidance and support continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes
• Prepare QMS reviews, deliver quality training, and present key insights to stakeholders
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to support site-wide quality outcomes

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Food Science or a related discipline
• Experience in food quality, food safety, or auditing within a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of food regulations, HACCP, and Quality/Food Safety Management Systems
• Strong report writing and documentation skills with a high level of accuracy
• Confident communicator able to engage with teams across the business
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
