Quality System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and regularly assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality management system according to industry standards.
• Formulate and update process documents in alignment with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and corporate/divisional directives.
• Coordinate internal system audits from corporate, external audits from DQS, and customer audits.
• Define and follow up on corrective actions resulting from audits.
• Plan and implement internal process audits.
• Support the plant quality manager and cross-functional teams in rolling out corporate and business unit directives.
• Organize the management review process in accordance with divisional requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in quality management systems within the automotive industry.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
• IATF16949 internal auditor certification (registered external auditor preferred).
• VDA6.3 internal auditor certification.
• Strong expertise in IATF16949 automotive industry quality systems.
• Familiarity with Customer Specific Requirements (e.g., Ford Q1, SGM BIQS, VW Formal Q).
• Proficiency with core quality tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, and LPA.
