Quality System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the ISO:9001 quality management system and ensure compliance with CSR, EICC, and customer standards.
• Act as the QMS coordinator for the plant, serving as a bridge between the factory and the quality management team.
• Manage customer quality requirements, including handling claims, requests, and ensuring all countermeasures are implemented.
• Lead the QN task force team, manage the 8D system, and coordinate related actions within the plant.
• Monitor customer quality performance by controlling defect rates, scrap, material consumption, and sorting costs.
• Participate in quality meetings, defect analysis, PFMEA, and abnormality reporting.
• Support new product development, trial runs, and component transfers.
• Provide training and coaching to Quality System and Customer Quality Engineers.

Requirements

• College or University degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience operating quality inspection machines and instruments.
• Ability to create standards and instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
