Quality Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage daily quality operations, including Incoming Quality Inspection and End of Line (EOL) inspection processes.
• Lead and develop a team of quality technicians and inspectors to ensure high standards of reliability and compliance.
• Coordinate shop floor containment activities to address nonconformances quickly and effectively.
• Maintain and lead certification to the AS9100 standard and manage all internal and external quality audits.
• Oversee the creation of Certificates of Conformance and maintain core documents such as PFMEA and Control Plans.
• Manage customer complaints, factory returns, and vendor quality issues to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5–7 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic data analysis skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
