Quality Supervisor - Quality Control

Responsibilities

• Define programs for quality verifications and inspections
• Oversee compliance with established quality verification and inspection programs
• Perform quality verifications, final inspections, and product releases
• Provide real-time quality support and dispositions by networking with operative areas
• Conduct root cause analysis using large data sets to propose improvements
• Generate departmental activity reports, including analysis of findings and quality output
• Ensure effective implementation of the quality management system by reviewing local procedures
• Perform internal quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001 and API Q1
• Monitor HSE activities and support safety-related objectives

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Strong aptitude for data analytics
• Experience working within an established quality system (ISO or API certification preferred)
• Knowledge and experience with metrology, calibration, and equipment verification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Exposure to Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Premium and API connections or OCTG working experience
• Experience with NDE methods and ANST certifications
• Experience performing internal quality audits
