Quality Supervisor PV

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, technical standards, and approved procedures.
• Witness and verify the execution of critical construction activities, including civil, mechanical, and electrical installations.
• Witness and document testing activities related to mechanical, electrical, and commissioning processes.
• Identify, issue, and follow up on Non-Conformities (NCs), ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct quality audits of subcontractors across all disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, MV/HV).
• Ensure all installations comply with project drawings, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and technical specifications.
• Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Engineering teams to resolve technical and quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality supervision within construction projects, preferably in renewable energy.
• Proven experience in utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) projects.
• Strong knowledge of PV equipment, including structures, modules, inverters, and solar trackers.
• Experience witnessing installation and testing activities in field environments.
• Familiarity with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and non-conformity management processes.
• Ability to work 100% on-site and travel as required by project needs.
