Quality Supervisor PV

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site quality supervision during construction activities
• Perform subcontractor quality control and oversight
• Review and manage quality documentation generated on-site
• Identify, track, and resolve Non-Conformities (NCRs)
• Participate in quality and coordination meetings
• Verify compliance with project technical specifications and standards
• Support inspections and handover processes

Requirements

• Technical background in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred)
• Experience in quality supervision within construction projects
• Experience in Photovoltaic Plants, Substations, or Overhead Lines
• Proven site execution experience
• Fluency in Spanish (English is valued)
• Valid U.S. work authorization or eligibility to enter Puerto Rico
• Availability for an immediate start
