Quality Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise all quality control activities, including incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Approve product releases and manage non-conformities.
• Manage and coordinate Technological & Metrological laboratory activities, including metallography and mechanical testing (adhesion, hardness, etc.).
• Ensure correct calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction by analyzing defects and performing root cause analysis (8D, RCA).
• Define and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead and coordinate a team of laboratory technicians and quality controllers.
• Act as a technical interface for customers and internal functions.

Requirements

• Degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 5–8 years of experience in quality or laboratory roles within advanced industrial environments.
• Proficiency in technical English.
• Strong leadership, advanced problem-solving, and decisive decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with technical stakeholders and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the aerospace or coating industry.
