Quality Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality engineering programs, standards, and continuous improvements within the organization
• Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation
• Devise sampling procedures and design forms for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data
• Implement methods for the disposition of discrepant material and assess associated costs and responsibilities
• Direct workers engaged in measuring and testing products and tabulating quality data
• Compile training materials and conduct sessions on quality control activities
• Represent the organization to customers regarding quality issues, complaints, and SCARs

Requirements

• 3 years of Quality Engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated working knowledge of ISO 9001, Quality Systems, and standards
• Experience with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and writing validation reports (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Solid knowledge of GD&T, PFMEA, and Control Plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven leadership experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing batch records and automation equipment troubleshooting
