Quality Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Compile and communicate information from quality audits to managers and manufacturing teams
• Audit production WIP to ensure compliance with Critical to Quality (CTQ) requirements
• Track status and coordinate physical samples of all components and WIP
• Manage the delivery and archive of Product/Component Binders
• Coordinate and track finished sheets for delivery to the NY office
• Provide routine status reports on component quality performance
• Attend product walkthroughs and BOM reviews to evaluate risks and quality alerts
• Collaborate with production operators and line leads to implement high-quality standards
• Support the development of QC reporting, KPI analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company safety standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or equivalent role
• Experience in high-mix/low-volume manufacturing, CPG, or contract manufacturing
• Proven ability to conduct quality process audits and address issues timely
• Extensive experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Track record of meeting quality targets regarding delivery, efficiency, and scrap
• Ability to work extended hours, including overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 35 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the sports trading card industry
• Experience leading teams
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance
