Quality Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and FSMA FSP
• Direct and supervise quality specialists and technicians to ensure daily production standards
• Manage the quality hold program and partner with operations to implement corrective actions and root cause analysis
• Drive customer complaint reduction by analyzing trend data and prioritizing strategic actions
• Monitor and drive improvements in facility Quality Metrics and KPIs
• Oversee net content execution to ensure compliance with volume and weight targets
• Support internal and external audits, such as FSSC 22000 and market audits
• Provide leadership and coaching on the production floor to promote a culture of behavioral quality improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the dairy or frozen food industry
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
• Proficiency in quality control software and reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments
