Quality Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain up-to-date Quality Control plans for production processes
• Participate actively in PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) studies
• Manage customer complaints by conducting root cause analyses and preparing 8D reports
• Review internal errors and implement necessary corrective and improvement actions
• Prepare for and play an active role in customer audit processes
• Review customer technical drawings and monitor design change approval processes
• Conduct product inspections within the factory and report results to senior management
• Establish visual inspection standards and incorporate them into standard operating procedures

Requirements

• University degree from an Engineering faculty
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player
• Must reside in or be able to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli provinces

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in quality management systems
