Quality Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform technical audits, diagnostics, and inspections in railway superstructure works to ensure compliance with standards and specifications
• Conduct technical and operational training focused on quality control of ballast, rails, sleepers, switches, and accessories
• Prepare and review normative and technical documents, including procedures, inspection criteria, and work instructions
• Support integration between execution areas and quality governance to promote technical alignment
• Identify opportunities for improvement in superstructure quality processes to drive continuous evolution of standards

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in the railway sector
• Experience in auditing and governance
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification
• Training in inspection of ballast, rails, sleepers, and switches (AMVs)
• Proficiency in continuous improvement tools such as PDCA and Lean
• SBGC Certification (Knowledge Management)
