About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on customer complaints and coordinate containment actions for quality deviations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding all quality-related topics.
  • Lead root cause analysis using 8D methodology and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Apply automotive quality tools including APQP, Core Tools, and PPAP.
  • Prepare and manage customer deliverables such as FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and PSW.
  • Upload and manage required information within customer portals.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Quality, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of APQP, Core Tools, and PPAP.
  • Proficiency in 8D and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Experience working with customer portals (e.g., Nexteer or similar).
  • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong communication and customer management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience monitoring and improving quality KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer-specific requirements.
