About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate initial sample testing for customers, create Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR), and manage customer approvals
- Create and update customer-relevant quality documents, including testing plans (DVP&R), control plans, and FMEA
- Support project teams in quality engineering and ensure consistent documentation throughout the time-to-market process
- Implement quality assurance and improvement measures derived from the daily KAIZEN process
- Prepare for and supervise project reviews, internal/external process audits, and certification audits (e.g., IATF 16949)
- Execute product and process optimization measures based on identified quality key figures
- Assist in selecting and defining production concepts
Requirements
- University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or a related field
- Several years of experience in quality assurance and production engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and MES systems (iTAC)
- Excellent fluency in English
- Strong communication skills and a structured, purposeful approach to work
- Willingness to travel and experience working within international project teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Green Belt training in quality improvement methodologies
- Experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement processes
