Quality Specialist (QPC)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate initial sample testing and create Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR) for customer approval
• Create and update customer-relevant quality documents, including testing plans (DVP&R), control plans, and FMEA
• Support project teams in quality engineering and ensure consistent documentation during the time-to-market process
• Implement quality assurance and improvement measures derived from the daily KAIZEN process
• Prepare for and supervise project reviews, internal/external process audits, and IATF 16949 certification audits
• Execute product and process optimization measures based on identified quality key figures
• Assist in selecting and defining production concepts

Requirements

• University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or a related field
• Several years of experience in quality assurance and production engineering
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and MES systems (iTAC)
• Excellent English communication skills
• A purposeful, structured work approach and strong teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Green Belt training in quality improvement methodologies
• Experience working within international project teams
• Willingness to travel for business needs
