Quality Specialist - Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the quality representative for Innovation/Renovation projects (CAT 1, 2, and 3)
• Create pHACCP and rMMS for new product and technology development
• Perform food safety assessments and support factory implementation
• Ensure technical knowledge transfer to operations through training and project handover
• Serve as a member of the Internal Audit Team to audit processes according to plan
• Support visits from regulatory bodies like FDA or USDA and external certification bodies
• Support preparation efforts for ISO and NMS certifications
• Provide technical assistance to quality functions in factories and application groups

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or equivalent
• Experience in the food industry within quality, R&D, or manufacturing areas
• Experience with HACCP teams and ingredient specifications
• Experience with quality by design
• Proven ability to lead change efforts or participate in audit teams

Preferred Qualifications

• ISO 9001 certification
• FSSC 22000 certification
