Quality Specialist

Responsibilities

• Optimize the quality of cardboard and packaging, including improving product parameters and production processes
• Supervise quality control for semi-finished and finished goods, including in-process monitoring
• Monitor and analyze quality results and initiate corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate and manage complaint processes regarding finished products and maintain the complaint database
• Collaborate with production, sales, and customers regarding product quality
• Participate in commercial negotiations regarding quality aspects and approve offers from a quality perspective
• Prepare regular quality reports for management and recommend improvement actions
• Participate in internal and external audits and oversee the implementation of post-audit recommendations
• Maintain quality documentation in compliance with applicable standards
• Support the quality-related implementation of new products
• Train employees on quality standards and good production practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Higher technical education
• Knowledge of management system principles and procedures
• Communicative English skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of paper, cardboard, and packaging production technology
• Understanding of raw materials, production processes, storage, warehousing, and transport
