Quality Specialist (LAB) - Electronics

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate functional tests for electronic components and systems, including thermal chamber evaluations.
• Perform failure analysis using methodologies such as visual inspection, electrical/mechanical testing, cross-section, and X-ray.
• Ensure laboratory compliance with ISO 17025 and other applicable international quality standards.
• Analyze electronic circuits to support troubleshooting, validation activities, and root cause identification.
• Maintain accuracy and reliability in testing processes and measurement systems.
• Interpret and validate test results against technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to communicate test results, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
• Support Design of Experiments (DOE) for validation and testing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields).
• 2 to 3 years of experience in quality analysis and laboratory testing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 17025 laboratory standards.
• Proven experience in electronic functional testing and failure analysis.
• Solid understanding of electronic circuits analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge related to ADAS systems (data acquisition from sensors, signal processing, etc.).
• Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies.
