Quality Specialist (LAB) - Electronics

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate functional tests for electronic components and systems.
• Perform failure analysis using methodologies such as visual inspection, electrical/mechanical testing, and X-ray.
• Ensure laboratory compliance with ISO 17025 and other applicable international standards.
• Analyze electronic circuits to support troubleshooting and validation activities.
• Conduct thermal chamber evaluations and interpret test results against technical specifications.
• Identify root causes of failures and propose effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to address quality concerns and communicate test deviations.
• Support Design of Experiments (DOE) for validation and testing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field).
• 2 to 3 years of experience in quality analysis and laboratory testing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 17025 laboratory standards.
• Proven experience in electronic functional testing and failure analysis.
• Solid understanding of electronic circuit analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge related to ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
• Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies.
• Experience with data acquisition from sensors and signal processing within ECUs.
