Quality Specialist I Logistics

Responsibilities

• Execute quality checks of medicinal products and clinical trial supplies during receipt, production, and distribution
• Perform quality control tasks within depot and warehouse operations
• Support change control management related to premises, equipment, and processes
• Perform reviews of Production Batch Records and support P&E qualification and validation activities
• Participate in the development of SOPs, processes, and training materials
• Verify compliance with GxP guidelines, local regulations, and sponsor requirements
• Provide quality consultancy to operational groups and personnel

Requirements

• Degree in technology, biological science, pharmacy, or a related health discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of one year of experience working in a GMP environment
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Clinical Research field (Pharmaceutical industry or CRO)
• Experience in Logistics Quality Management (LQM) support
