Quality Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance throughout the production process, specifically focusing on customer complaint management for electronic sub-assemblies.
• Coordinate initial sample testing, create Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR) and IMDS, and submit samples for customer approval.
• Develop customer-relevant quality documents, including testing plans (DVP&R) and production process documentation.
• Participate in the selection and definition of production concepts.
• Support project teams in quality engineering and maintain consistent documentation during the time-to-market process.
• Prepare for and supervise project reviews, audits, and certification processes, such as IATF 16949.

Requirements

• University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance and production engineering.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and improvement, ideally supported by Green Belt training.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and MES systems (iTAC).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• A purposeful and structured approach to work.
