Responsibilities

• Supervise compliance with quality standards for products and production processes
• Co-create, implement, and improve quality management systems (HACCP, BRCGS Packaging, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000)
• Analyze quality data, identify causes of non-compliance, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with production, engineering, warehouse, and R&D departments to maintain and improve product quality
• Conduct and coordinate internal audits and participate in external audits (customer, certification)
• Create and update quality documentation and maintain control records
• Conduct quality training and build a quality safety culture within the organization
• Support the implementation of new products and processes
• Monitor product compliance with legal requirements, standards, and customer specifications for food contact packaging

Requirements

• Higher education (preferably in chemistry, food technology, materials engineering, quality management, or related fields)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the food or food-contact packaging industry
• Knowledge of quality standards and systems: HACCP, BRCGS, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000
• Internal auditor certificate
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and regulations, including working with Declarations of Compliance (DoC)
• Valid sanitary-epidemiological certificate
• Communicative English skills (written and spoken)
• Readiness to participate in training abroad (UK)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of legal requirements for food contact materials and articles
• Familiarity with root cause analysis tools and Lean Manufacturing
• Analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or QMS systems
