Quality Specialist, CRM

Responsibilities

• Monitor non-standard processes to identify and address deviations or non-conformities
• Investigate customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to determine root causes and corrective actions
• Assist with internal and external quality audits, including ISO9001 and customer-specific certifications
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
• Maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective action plans
• Provide quality training for production teams to improve awareness and adherence to quality standards
• Track and report on the implementation of improvement measures to prevent reoccurrence

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control/assurance
• Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and MSA
• Familiarity with ISO9001 and photovoltaic manufacturing standards
• Proficiency in MES software and office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in solar or electronics manufacturing
• Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese
