Quality Specialist/Biomedical Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly national site visits to various locations, potentially visiting up to three separate sites per week
• Perform quality inspections and regulatory oversight within heavily regulated environments
• Manage documentation and ensure compliance with client and industry standards
• Work under minimal supervision to meet project goals and client expectations
• Maintain high standards of customer service and client management while on-site

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Quality or Regulatory roles
• Valid Real ID Driver's License
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally on a weekly basis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working in heavily regulated environments
• Ability to function under a flexible schedule and meet hospital vendor credentialing requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Biomedical Technician
• Experience with system auditing or software validation
• Experience working with large data sets for validation purposes
• Experience managing small teams to ensure quality output
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
