Quality Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage stop-ship processes and communicate with international affiliates
• Follow up on quality and compliance documentation and report to Manufacturing
• Manage non-conforming (NC) material across inbound, outbound, production, and return flows
• Oversee supplier quality management and follow-up
• Coordinate the calibration and validation of equipment
• Execute administrative quality work, including documentation and reporting
• Perform operational quality activities on the floor to understand products and processes
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure high quality standards are maintained through stakeholder collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Quality Systems, or a related field
• Experience working in a quality environment
• Strong MS Office skills
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong asset
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a structured way of working
