Quality Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and testing of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
• Identify, document, and report non-conformances and support root cause analysis
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test data, and service activities
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and customer support teams to resolve quality concerns
• Perform product servicing and repairs to ensure functional requirements are met
• Conduct on-site customer visits for troubleshooting and field performance validation
• Contribute to the development and refinement of quality control procedures
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and diagnostic equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in quality control or as a service technician
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics
• Familiarity with measuring and testing equipment such as calipers, multimeters, and micrometers
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Jira
