Quality Risk Management and QMS Animator Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the improvement of the quality system and the development of the quality management plan in an industrial context.
• Participate in the development of quality awareness training programs.
• Communicate best practices and process optimizations within the activity.
• Support quality performance monitoring meetings and track corrective actions.
• Drive the Michelin Quality System by managing corrective actions from recent audits.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification standards.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in organizing Management Reviews.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac +5 level degree.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and risk prevention techniques.
• Skills in auditing and inspection.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and process improvement.
• Ability to work on the shop floor and interact with diverse teams.
• Strong communication, pedagogical, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with industrial workshop environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or use of PowerBI.
• Experience in an international or multicultural industrial environment.
