Quality Resident Technician

Responsibilities

• Record and document defects and inform Quality Engineering and production departments
• Perform rework on cable harnesses on the assembly line in case of quality issues
• Manage stock of rework material and initiate reorders from manufacturing plants
• Monitor Yazaki GQRS actions and update the customer portal
• Provide daily information updates to management, plants, and the customer

Requirements

• Graduation from a technical school or similar educational background
• Experience working in a production environment, preferably within the automotive industry
• Knowledge of Quality Tools such as 3D, 5D, or 8D
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent written and spoken English and Hungarian
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• German language skills are considered a plus
