Quality Resident Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site quality interface between Yazaki and the Stellantis customer plant in Rennes
• Detect, analyze, and resolve quality and engineering issues on-site
• Implement and monitor containment actions to prevent defective parts from reaching production
• Coordinate sorting and rework activities as required
• Investigate non-conformities, perform inspections, and provide accurate reporting
• Support corrective and preventive action plans and ensure thorough follow-up
• Maintain technical documentation and communicate findings to internal teams
• Build strong relationships with customer teams and provide ongoing technical support

Requirements

• Bac+2 diploma
• Fluent English communication skills
• Experience in the automotive field is preferred
