Quality & Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop reliability test procedures
• Manage reliability test capability, improvement, and automation
• Characterize test profiles to meet customer requirements
• Perform hands-on tester setup with automated equipment and environmental chambers
• Develop test programs and methods for new products or technologies
• Use electronic testing, debugging, and measurement tools
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations for data-driven decision making
• Support equipment and lab readiness through data tracking and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Data, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, Materials, or related fields)
• Strong interest in automation, scripting, data analytics, and AI/ML applications
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work hands-on with equipment and experiments

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python, C, C++, R, or Javascript
• Basic knowledge in automation of test setups and data collection
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Interest in AI/ML for predictive reliability analysis
• Basic leadership and project management skills
