Quality Release Officer

Responsibilities

• Audit executed electronic and paper-based batch manufacturing and packaging documents in Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• Release bulk materials in SAP for packing according to rapid release procedures
• Apply decision-making skills to review batch and cleaning exceptions and assess quality impacts
• Communicate workload status updates effectively to department managers
• Support and encourage continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality department
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP, legal, and ethical standards
• Plan, monitor, and achieve operational goals within set time frames

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical GMP environment
• Strong understanding of GxP compliance and GMP requirements
• Demonstrated attention to detail and extensive technical documentation auditing ability
• Proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines with competing priorities
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with peers and management
