Quality Project Team Member

Responsibilities

• Manage the quality roadmap for projects to meet customer and company cost and quality targets
• Detect risks and prevent problems during various project development phases
• Ensure compliance with Build In Quality Standards, including SPPC tracking and identification
• Manage product and process changes by updating DFMEA, PFMEA, and control plans
• Support supplier management activities by collecting issues and integrating best practices
• Coordinate the validation of Initial Samples (IS) and prepare necessary deliverables for customers
• Participate in project meetings and apply QRQC rules to manage issue lists effectively

Requirements

• Engineering Degree
• Experience in the automotive field (short experience in similar roles is preferred)
• Fluent English communication skills
