Quality Production Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support inspection of X-37B hardware to verify and ensure product integrity
• Document non-conformances and assist in root cause investigations
• Perform area audits and surveillances to ensure compliance with requirements
• Review and validate quality procedures and engineering requirements
• Assist in the development and documentation of corrective and preventive actions
• Gather data and provide recommendations to resolve issues with products or processes

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in inspection
• 1+ years of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
• Ability to obtain access to a NASA facility and a U.S. Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MESci, TIPQA, and ECC
• Experience with TeamCenter
• Knowledge of the Boeing Quality Management System and Production System
