About the role

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate product non-conformance (NCR/EPD) and disposition types against quality procedures and engineering requirements
  • Perform analysis to evaluate the quality of products, operations, and processes relative to Quality Management System requirements
  • Conduct root cause analysis on nonconformances to identify causes and prevent reoccurrence
  • Independently develop, modify, and document non-conformance orders (NCOs)
  • Negotiate concurrence and obtain commitments for preventive and corrective actions
  • Review and validate corrective action plans to ensure effective completion
  • Create analytical reports and coordinate distribution with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience reading and interpreting drawings or blueprints
  • 1+ years of experience working with quality or manufacturing data systems (e.g., CMES, QAR)
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Material Review Board (MRB) experience
  • 2+ years of experience with systematic problem-solving skills
  • 4+ years of experience with REDARS
  • 3+ years of related work experience (for Level 3) or 5+ years (for Level 4)
