Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality in the production area by adhering to established quality norms
- Support the production team in resolving quality-related issues
- Prepare, implement, and track product audits and initiate necessary corrective measures
- Analyze returned products and collaborate with superiors and colleagues to implement corrective actions
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a production environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
- Result-oriented mindset
