Quality Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Provide full supervision of the warehouse quality certification file
• Implement and follow up on Food and Drug Authority regulations to ensure full compliance
• Supervise quality systems within the warehouse, including storage, handling, and traceability
• Manage interactions with regulatory inspectors and address inspection reports
• Prepare and update all necessary documentation for audits and inspection processes
• Register as the responsible Warehouse Manager in accordance with applicable regulations
• Coordinate with management to maintain continuous legal and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Fresh graduate or professional with less than 6 months of experience
• Basic knowledge of quality systems and Food & Drug Authority regulations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow up effectively
• Ability to communicate and deal professionally with regulatory authorities and inspectors
