Quality Person in Plant

Responsibilities

• Provide quality oversight in the cleanroom through on-the-floor witnessing
• Act as the first point of contact for operators regarding quality and process discipline
• Monitor compliance with procedures in real time within a sterile GMP environment
• Perform periodic quality checks and audits related to manufacturing activities
• Review production procedures and batch records for operational batch release
• Support the logging, investigation, and assessment of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
• Ensure all activities comply with safety policies and cGMP requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an aseptic manufacturing environment (pharma or biotech preferred)
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA/EU guidelines
• Understanding of Good Tissue Practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Dutch
• Experience with cell-based product manufacturing
