Quality Operator

Responsibilities

• Monitor in-process tests and verify the quality of manufactured products
• Handle non-conformities regarding raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods
• Provide training to other operators on quality standards and procedures
• Support the Quality department with various tasks
• Act as a substitute for other shopfloor positions as required

Requirements

• Secondary school education
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong commitment to quality standards
• Good communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
• Flexibility and ability to handle workload demands

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of the English language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience specifically within the Biatain Silicone area
