Quality Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee process and product quality to ensure compliance with internal standards and COFEPRIS regulatory requirements
• Act as the Responsible Sanitary Representative for warehouse operations and interface with regulatory authorities
• Define and implement quality standards, processes, and procedures
• Audit and monitor processes to identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities
• Lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes and change control activities
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports on defects, deviations, and trends
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team, including performance reviews and resource planning
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality performance

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience as a sanitary responsible or in related positions with COFEPRIS representation experience
• Bachelor's or Higher Educational Degree in Pharmaceutics or a related field
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Operations within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong expertise in auditing, CAPA, and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Fluent business and technical English language skills
• Ability to analyze quality data and identify trends, risks, and deviations

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP
• Experience managing high-cost pharmaceutical products
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
