Quality Officer

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and continuously improve the laboratory Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017
• Manage the full lifecycle of QMS documents and records, ensuring proper control, traceability, and storage
• Plan and conduct internal audits and manage nonconformities, complaints, and CAPA
• Oversee quality control (QC) of equipment and testing activities
• Support new test method development, validation, and manage Proficiency Testing (PT) activities
• Provide training and coaching to staff and manage laboratory risks
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement through digitalization and process optimization

Requirements

• University degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Environment, Materials, or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in QA/QC or laboratory operations preferred
• Experience working under ISO/IEC 17025 or ISO 17020 Quality Management Systems
• Full working rights in Vietnam
