Quality Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and train AI models and tools for the automated generation and review of Quality Standard Operating Instructions (QSOI) and supervision questionnaires
• Integrate current regulations and critical data from Control Plans into automated systems
• Optimize industrial processes to reduce administrative lead times for Quality Technicians
• Ensure shop floor supervision is agile, accurate, and aligned with zero-defect objectives
• Bridge the gap between engineering theory and shop-floor reality to maintain aerospace standards

Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript and Google Apps Script
• Expertise in SQL and database management
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and industrial regulations
• Advanced level of English
• Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into logical algorithms
• Experience with the digitalization of industrial environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a technologically advanced aerospace or manufacturing environment
• Ability to transition effectively between technical lab discussions and operational shop floor troubleshooting
• Proactive approach to project ownership and multidisciplinary collaboration
