Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Close liaison with Client’s representative to fulfil the project’s quality requirements
• Establish and maintain coordination with Contractors and Consultants on-site
• Plan and allocate QC resources for on-site and off-site inspections
• Perform audits and field inspections for Contractors
• Review and approve ITP and Checklists
• Perform site walks with Client and Consultants to ensure quality compliance
• Recruit qualified QC personnel as required
• Plan for witnessing commissioning based on available resources
• Present weekly quality reports and escalate significant issues to the Client
• Lead weekly QAQC meetings with Contractors and internal personnel
• Validate or review As-built drawings generated by Contractors
• Conduct performance evaluations for QC personnel

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation, or construction
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word)
• Experience with online document management applications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Data Centre pre-construction, build, handover, and commissioning processes
• Availability for on-site work in the north of Finland

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industry QAQC formal qualification
• Consultant PM experience with large-scale mission-critical projects
