About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day quality functions to ensure compliance with UKAS accreditation 17025 and MCerts standards
  • Plan and schedule audits, including management system audits and technical lab audits
  • Lead UKAS, customer, and other external audits
  • Manage quality control, customer complaints, and internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
  • Convene management reviews and lead monthly Quality meetings to focus on trends and action items

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of quality experience
  • Internal auditing experience and training
  • Proven track record of success in a Quality role
  • Thorough understanding of Chemistry and Laboratory terminologies and approaches
  • Knowledge of UKAS 17025 accreditation and MCerts standards
